Function (Meri Maati Meri Pehchan) was  organized in the  conference hall of the GMC Srinagar

A function (Meri Maati Meri Pehchan) was  organized in the  conference hall of the GMC Srinagar where national tricolour flag was hosted and national anthem was recited. The function was attended by Principal/Dean  GMC Srinagar, Registar, various faculty members and a large number of medical students .During the function the Principal/Dean , Registar, faculty members read the following pledge.

“I pledge to play my part in building a develop india

 I pledge to remove any trace of colonial mindset

 I pledge to take pride in promotion and preservation our rich cultural   heritage

 I pledge to strive for the unity and solidarity of the country

 I pledge to a fulfill my duties and responsibilities towards my nation

 I pledge to honour the sacrifice of our country’s brave-hearted and devote        myself to nation’s defense and progress”

At the end the students where advised to make awaitment of this programme that is Meri Maati Meri Pehchaan among this college.
