• Awarded Best Teacher (North) at Dermacon 2020(Annual National Conference of the Indian Association of Dermatologists, Venereologists and Leprologists) held at Pune.
• Awarded "Inspiring Dermatologist of India" award by The Economic Times of India on Doctor’s Day in New Delhi on 29th June 2019.
• Awarded "S Premlatha Award "for best research project in Dermatology in DERMACON held in Bengaluru in January 2019.
• Awarded IADVL Oration on Contact and Occupational Dermatoses: An experience from the Kashmir valley” at DERMACON 2018 held at Kochi in January 2018.
• Awarded Howard Maibach Award 2014 for award paper presentation at the 25^th Annual Conference of the American Contact Dermatitis Society at Denver Colorado, USA on 20^th of March 2014.
• Awarded Oration for Diagnostic & therapeutic Challenges in skin tumors at CUTICON 2015 (41^st Annual conference of the Indian Association of Dermatologists, Venereologists & Leprologists Punjab, Chandigarh & Himachal Pradesh Chapter held at Patiala, Punjab on 4^th Oct 2015.
• Awarded Professor K Sidappa Gold Medal, Certificate of Honour and a Cash Prize for original research paper at the 25^th Annual National Conference of Dermatologists, Venereologists and Leprologists held at Guwahati in 1997.
• Awarded Young Scientists’ Award for the Year 2000 by the J&K State Council of Science & Technology.
• Awarded Literary Award for the year 2013, for outstanding contribution in the field of dermatology & authoring a book entitled “Clinical Synopsis & Colour Atlas of Skin Tumors.”
• Awarded Woman of the Year in the field of Medical Sciences 2012, by BIG 92.7FM at University of Kashmir.
• Awarded IADVL – L’ÓREAL Indian Hair & Skin Research Grant 2015 for the study entitled “Association of Vitamin D receptor gene polymorphisms and serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D Levels in patients with vitiligo.”
• Awarded the Best original article published in IDOJ in the year 2017as coauthor for the research paper entitled “Occupational dermatoses in cottage industry workers of Kashmir valley” at Dermacon 2018 held at Kochi.

Dr. Yasmeen Jabeen Bhat
